This is the third time I have ordered from Charlotte tilbury and my experience has been great I recently ordered the wrong colour foundation they was able to contact the warehouse straight away and change this for me before being sent out would recommend them to anyone and foundation is amazing such good coverage and lasts all day:)

I was speaking to someone called Danielle, told him that I have not got my order.
He asked me for all my information etc and then in the end said sorry I can’t not refund you!!
I am now without my order and without my refund!! They chose hermes to deliver my parcel and hermes of course never delivered it!! I am so disappointed. It was a present for my friend.
Will not be shopping with this company again.

Bought the Pillow Talk Lip Secrets - Global lip kit. It is such a beautiful kit for every day use. Provides the perfect Shine with Matte and Plumping look to the lips. These are Long Wearing lip products. I love the 'Pillow Talk' shade and the formula is just amazing. All are premium products. Worth buying. Satisfied with the service. Happy with my purchase.

Being a luxury brand, Charlotte Tilbury definitely delivers the luxury make up experience. I ordered a variety of products from there (pictured here), these included the magic cream, the pillow talk lipstick and also the pillow talk lip liner. The magic cream is something that is incredibly hyped on the internet so was desperate to give it a try. It is a lovely moisturiser but is worth noting that it is quite thick. It is a lovely feeling on the skin and something that feels very expensive on the skin. The lip liner and lip stick are a perfect combination and one that I use very often in my daily routine. They both feel really nice and smooth on application. The lipstick is a matte lipstick but still feels quite creamy on the lips. The delivery of this was very good and efficient. Would highly recommend. The website also does quite a few bundle deals which are worth looking out for.
